Olympic Park Stadium
Olympic Park Stadium was an outdoor sports venue located in Melbourne, Australia, primarily used for athletics and football. Built for the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, it could seat around 18,000 spectators and hosted track and field events, as well as soccer matches. Over the years, it served as a community sports facility but saw declining use before closing in 2010. The stadium was temporarily repurposed for events and training, but it was ultimately demolished in 2011 to make way for new development, with its legacy rooted in Melbourne's Olympic history.
