OLED vs LCD

OLED and LCD are two types of display technologies used in screens. OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) has individual pixels that emit their own light, allowing for deeper blacks, higher contrast, and better color accuracy. It can display true blacks because pixels can turn off completely. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) uses a backlight shining through liquid crystals to produce images, which can result in less contrast and darker blacks. OLED screens are often thinner, more flexible, and consume less power when displaying dark images, but they can be more expensive and may have shorter lifespan compared to LCDs.
