Octagon
An octagon is a polygon with eight sides and eight angles. It can be regular, meaning all sides and angles are equal, or irregular, with varying side lengths and angles. Octagons are common in architecture and design, often used for decorative or structural purposes. The most familiar shape is the regular octagon, which has symmetry and is seen in stop signs. The sum of the interior angles of any octagon is 1080 degrees, and each interior angle in a regular octagon measures 135 degrees.
