Nurse Family Partnership
The Nurse Family Partnership is a program that provides free, regular home visits from trained nurses to low-income, first-time mothers starting early in pregnancy and continuing through the child's second birthday. The nurses offer personalized support, health education, parenting guidance, and resources to promote healthy pregnancies, child development, and family well-being. The goal is to empower mothers with knowledge and confidence, improving outcomes for both the mother and child, such as better health, stronger parenting skills, and increased economic stability.
