Nozick Theory

Nozick’s theory, known as libertarianism, emphasizes individual rights and free choice. He argues that people own themselves and the fruits of their efforts, making redistributing wealth or resources without consent unjust. His view prioritizes minimal government interference, only protecting rights to life, liberty, and property. If someone's rights are violated, justice requires rectifying those wrongs, but beyond that, individuals should be free to make their own life decisions. Essentially, Nozick champions personal freedom and voluntary interactions over redistribution or state control.
