Novosibirsk Region is a large administrative area located in southwestern Siberia, Russia. It surrounds the city of Novosibirsk, the region’s administrative center and Russia’s third-largest city. The region features diverse geography, including fertile plains, forests, and the Ob River, which flows through it.
