Normativity

Normativity refers to the idea of standards or rules that guide how things should be or how people ought to behave. It involves judgments about what is right, wrong, good, or desirable, often shaping social, moral, or logical expectations. In essence, normative concepts help us determine what we should do, what is acceptable, or how things ought to be, serving as a basis for evaluating actions and beliefs within a given context.
