Normality

Normality refers to how data or measurements are distributed around a central value, typically the average. In many cases, data points tend to cluster around this middle point, forming a pattern known as a "bell curve" or normal distribution. This pattern indicates that most observations are close to the average, with fewer values appearing as you move farther away in either direction. Normality is important in statistics because many methods assume data follows this pattern, helping us make accurate inferences, predictions, and understand variability within a dataset.
