Non-State Theory

Non-State Theory suggests that effective governance and social order can be maintained without reliance on a formal state or central authority. Instead, communities and individuals self-organize through voluntary cooperation, social norms, and decentralized institutions. This approach challenges traditional views that a state is necessary to enforce laws and provide order, emphasizing that order can emerge naturally from social interactions and mutual agreements among people, even in the absence of a hierarchical government.
