Non-human entities

Non-human entities refer to organizations, institutions, or groups that are not individuals but have a distinct existence and authority. Examples include corporations, governments, non-profit organizations, or other collective bodies. They can own property, enter contracts, sue or be sued, and have legal rights and responsibilities. Essentially, they act as separate legal "persons" in many legal systems, allowing them to operate and make decisions independently of the humans involved with them.
