Non-dualism (Advaita)
Non-dualism, or Advaita, is a spiritual philosophy that teaches there is no fundamental separation between the individual self (atman) and the ultimate reality (Brahman). It suggests that everything we see as separate—people, objects, experiences—is ultimately an expression of one unified existence. True understanding comes from recognizing that the sense of individual separateness is an illusion; in essence, we are all one with the universe. This realization fosters inner peace and liberation (moksha) by transcending doubts, distinctions, and dualities, revealing the unity underlying all of reality.
