Non-action (Wu wei)
Non-action, or Wu wei, is a concept from Taoism referring to achieving harmony by aligning with the natural flow of life. It doesn't mean inaction, but rather acting effortlessly and spontaneously, without forcing or overthinking. By practicing Wu wei, one responds appropriately to situations, allowing things to unfold naturally instead of resisting or controlling them. This approach promotes balance, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of ease, encouraging us to move naturally with life's rhythms rather than against them.
