Nineteen-Day Feast System
The Nineteen-Day Feast System is a scheduling practice where members of the Bahá'í Faith observe specific 19-day periods, known as "months," each consisting of 19 days. These months form the calendar year, which totals 361 days, plus a period of intercalary days (usually 4 or 5) to complete the year aligned with the solar cycle. During the 19-day months, Bahá'ís hold spiritual meetings and community activities, emphasizing regular reflection and unity. The system ensures a consistent rhythm for religious observance, facilitating spiritual growth and community cohesion throughout the year.
