NINDS
NINDS, the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, is a part of the U.S. government’s National Institutes of Health. Its main goal is to conduct and support research to understand, treat, and prevent neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. By funding studies and sharing knowledge, NINDS helps improve the quality of life for those affected by neurological disorders and aims to advance medical breakthroughs in brain and nervous system health.
