NHLPA

The NHLPA, or National Hockey League Players' Association, is the union representing professional ice hockey players in the NHL. It advocates for players’ rights, negotiates collective bargaining agreements with team owners on issues like wages, benefits, and working conditions, and provides support and resources for players' employment and welfare. Essentially, the NHLPA helps ensure fair treatment, fair pay, and that players’ interests are protected within the league’s regulations and policies.
