NGL Extraction Process

NGL (Natural Gas Liquids) extraction is a process that separates valuable hydrocarbon liquids like propane, butane, and ethane from raw natural gas. The raw gas is first cooled or compressed to condense these liquids out of the gas stream. These liquids are then collected, separated further, and stored for various uses such as fuel, petrochemical feedstock, or blending into gasoline. The process involves equipment like separators and condensers, ensuring efficient isolation of NGLs while keeping the remaining methane-rich gas for energy use. This extraction adds economic value and optimizes natural gas resources.
