New Faculty Majority

New Faculty Majority (NFM) is an organization advocating for the rights and better working conditions of part-time and non-tenure-track college faculty, often called adjuncts. These educators typically have fewer benefits, lower pay, and less job security than full-time professors. NFM aims to promote fair compensation, academic quality, and respect for these faculty members by raising awareness, providing support, and encouraging institutions to adopt more equitable policies. Its goal is to ensure that adjuncts receive fair treatment and recognition as integral members of the higher education community.
