Neurodiversity Advocate

A neurodiversity advocate is someone who promotes understanding and acceptance of the natural variations in human brain functioning, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences. They emphasize that these differences are part of human diversity rather than disorders needing to be “cured.” Their goal is to create inclusive environments, support individual strengths, and challenge stigmas, ultimately valuing different ways of thinking and experiencing the world. By doing so, they help foster respect, equal opportunities, and understanding for neurodiverse individuals in society, education, and workplaces.
