Neijia
Neijia, also known as internal martial arts, refers to a Chinese martial arts tradition focused on cultivating internal energy (qi), mental focus, and soft, flowing movements rather than brute strength. It emphasizes inner development, breathing techniques, meditation, and precise body alignment to enhance strength, health, and martial effectiveness. Common styles include Tai Chi, Ba Gua, and Xing Yi. Unlike external martial arts that rely on physical power, Neijia aims to harmonize mind and body, using internal principles to generate powerful and effortless movements.
