Navy Reserve Force
The Navy Reserve Force is a component of the United States Navy consisting of trained sailors who serve part-time while maintaining their civilian careers. They support active-duty Navy personnel by providing additional manpower, specialized skills, and emergency response when needed. Reservists participate in training drills regularly to stay current and can be called upon for active duty during national emergencies, times of conflict, or large-scale operations. This force enhances the Navy’s flexibility and strength by ensuring a ready reserve of trained personnel who can quickly augment active forces when required.
