Navy Junior ROTC
Navy Junior ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) is a high school program that introduces students to leadership, discipline, citizenship, and teamwork through Navy-inspired curriculum and activities. While it does not prepare students to become active-duty Navy officers, it provides valuable structured training, promotes personal development, and fosters a sense of responsibility. Participants engage in drills, community service, and classroom instruction on naval history, navigation, and ethics. The program aims to develop character and skills that benefit students regardless of whether they pursue military service or other career paths.
