"Natural moralities" refer to the innate or instinctive sense of right and wrong that humans and some animals seem to possess naturally. These moral tendencies, such as fairness, empathy, or cooperation, are thought to arise from biological or evolutionary processes, shaping behaviors that promote social harmony and survival. Unlike moral codes established by societies or religions, natural moralities are seen as universal, rooted in our nature and shared experiences. They serve as foundational principles guiding ethical behavior before formal rules or norms are developed.
