The Native Women’s Association of Manitoba (NWAM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Indigenous women in Manitoba. It advocates for their rights, promotes social, economic, and political empowerment, and addresses issues such as violence, health, and cultural preservation. NWAM also works to strengthen the voices of Indigenous women, ensure their needs are represented in decision-making, and foster community well-being. Through programs, advocacy, and partnerships, NWAM aims to improve the quality of life and uphold the dignity of Indigenous women across Manitoba.
