National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA)

The National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) is a trade organization representing and advocating for small, rural, and community-based telecommunications providers in the United States. These providers supply essential communications services—such as high-speed internet, phone, and broadband—mainly in underserved or less-populated areas.
