National Security Guards (NSG)

The National Security Guards (NSG) is India’s elite counter-terrorism force tasked with handling high-risk situations such as hostage rescues, terrorist attacks, and insurgency. Comprising specially trained commandos, the NSG operates with rapid deployment, advanced tactics, and specialized equipment to neutralize threats and ensure national security. It functions under the Ministry of Home Affairs and collaborates closely with other security agencies.
