National League of Families

The National League of Families is an organization founded in 1970 to advocate for the fair treatment and return of American prisoners of war (POWs) and missing in action (MIA) servicemen from the Vietnam War. They work to raise awareness about the plight of these individuals, promote humane treatment, and encourage the U.S. government to prioritize their recovery and repatriation. The League also advocates for policies that support military personnel and ensure accountability and transparency regarding POW/MIA issues. Overall, they aim to honor and support military members and their families affected by the war.
