National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE)

The National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) was a UK-based organization dedicated to promoting lifelong learning for adults. It supported programs that helped adults develop new skills, improve literacy and numeracy, and access further education opportunities. NIACE worked with educators, policymakers, and communities to ensure that adult education was accessible, relevant, and effective, contributing to personal development and employment prospects. In 2016, NIACE merged with LivFe to become the Learning and Work Institute, continuing its mission under a new name focused on improving education and work opportunities for adults.
