National Indian Education Association (NIEA)

The National Indian Education Association (NIEA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the educational rights and interests of Native American students and communities. It works to promote culturally relevant education, improve educational opportunities, and influence policies that support Native heritage and identity. NIEA provides resources, fosters collaboration among educators, tribes, and policymakers, and advocates for systemic change to ensure Native students have access to quality, culturally appropriate education that honors their traditions and histories.
