National Independence Movement
The National Independence Movement refers to efforts by a country or group of people to gain political sovereignty and freedom from colonial rule or foreign control. It involves organizing, advocating, and sometimes protesting to establish a government that represents their own interests and identity. Such movements often emerge in response to colonization, oppression, or external domination, aiming to reclaim autonomy, preserve cultural heritage, and build a nation-state based on shared values and self-determination. These struggles are usually marked by political negotiations, activism, and sometimes conflict.
