National Governors Association (NGA)

The National Governors Association (NGA) is a nonpartisan organization in the United States that brings together governors from all 50 states and U.S. territories. Established in 1908, its primary purpose is to serve as a forum for governors to discuss and address common challenges, share best practices, and advocate for policies that benefit their states. The NGA also provides research and resources to help governors with governance and policymaking. By fostering collaboration among state leaders, the NGA aims to improve the effectiveness of state governments and enhance the well-being of citizens nationwide.
