National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA)

The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and organizing competitive events for cutting horses. Cutting is a sport where a rider and horse work together to selectively separate a single cow from a herd and demonstrate control and skill in keeping the cow away from the herd. The NCHA sets standards, sanctions competitions, and maintains a ranking system for riders and horses.
