National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association (CASA)
The National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association (CASA) is a nonprofit organization that trains and supports volunteers, called CASA Advocates, to represent the best interests of children involved in court cases due to abuse or neglect. These advocates gather information, speak with children and stakeholders, and make recommendations to judges to ensure children's needs and safety are prioritized during legal proceedings. CASA aims to provide stable, caring, and informed advocacy to help vulnerable children find safe, permanent homes and develop healthy futures.
