National Charrette Institute

The National Charrette Institute (NCI) is an organization that specializes in facilitating collaborative planning processes called charrettes. These intensive, participatory workshops bring together community members, stakeholders, and experts to collaboratively develop solutions for complex planning issues such as urban design, transportation, or environmental concerns.
