Nalanda (ancient university)

Nalanda was a renowned ancient university located in present-day India, established around the 5th century CE. It served as a major center for learning, attracting students and scholars from across Asia. The university offered studies in fields like Buddhist philosophy, logic, medicine, mathematics, and astronomy. It was famous for its expansive campus, large library, and faculty of international teachers.
