Nadi Shodhana
Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, is a calming yogic technique that involves gently breathing through one nostril at a time while closing the other. This practice helps balance the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve focus. Typically, you use your fingers to close the right nostril and inhale through the left, then switch and exhale through the right, and vice versa. Regular practice can promote mental clarity, emotional stability, and a sense of relaxation, making it a simple yet effective tool for maintaining overall wellbeing.
