Multiples

Multiples are the products you get when you multiply a number by counting numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.). For example, multiples of 3 are 3, 6, 9, 12, and so on. They are like repeated additions; 3 added to itself multiple times. Recognizing multiples helps in understanding factors, divisibility, and patterns within numbers, useful in math problems like finding common multiples or solving for least common denominators. Essentially, multiples are all the possible outcomes when you take a number and repeatedly multiply it by whole numbers.
