Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI)

Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI) are a series of short, structured interview stations used by many health professions schools to assess candidates' skills, ethics, and communication. Each station presents a different scenario or question, and candidates have a few minutes to respond or perform a task before moving on.
