Multiple Mini Interviews
Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) are a structured interview process used by medical and health professional schools to assess candidates’ skills, ethics, and communication. Participants rotate through a series of short stations, each presenting a different scenario or question, where they demonstrate problem-solving, empathy, or critical thinking. This format allows evaluators to observe varied aspects of a candidate's abilities in a consistent way. MMIs aim to provide a fairer, more comprehensive assessment than traditional interviews by testing practical skills and personal qualities in real-world contexts over multiple stations.
