Multi-turn dialogue refers to a conversation involving multiple exchanges between a person and a system or between people, where each response builds on previous messages. Unlike a single question-and-answer interaction, it maintains context across several exchanges, allowing for more natural and complex communication. For example, asking a device about weather conditions, then follow-up questions about clothing recommendations based on the weather, involves multi-turn dialogue.
