
Muhammad ibn Abdullah
Muhammad ibn Abdullah was born around 570 CE in Mecca, in present-day Saudi Arabia. He is considered the founder of Islam and is regarded by Muslims as the final prophet who received divine revelations from God through the Angel Gabriel. These revelations, compiled into the Quran, guide Muslim beliefs and practices. Muhammad’s teachings emphasized monotheism, compassion, justice, and social responsibility. His life included efforts to unite tribes and promote moral values. He is respected as a prophet and spiritual leader whose influence shaped the religion of Islam, which today has over a billion followers worldwide.
