Motor Neuron Disease Association (MNDA)

The Motor Neuron Disease Association (MNDA) is a charity organization dedicated to supporting individuals affected by motor neuron diseases (MND), such as ALS. These are progressive neurological conditions where nerve cells controlling muscle movements deteriorate, leading to weakness, loss of mobility, and difficulties with speech and breathing. MNDA offers information, emotional support, and advocacy, while funding research to better understand the diseases and develop effective treatments.
