Motion refers to the change in an object's position over time relative to a reference point or frame of reference. Space is the vast, seemingly infinite, three-dimensional expanse in which all objects and events occur. Together, they describe the universe’s structure: motion indicates how objects move through space, and space provides the arena for this movement.
