Moss-type LNG carrier

A Moss-type LNG carrier is a specialized ship designed to transport liquefied natural gas (LNG) efficiently and safely. It features a distinctive inner tank with a concentric, double-hulled design, facilitating high stability and safety. The "Moss" tank geometry—originally developed by the Moss Rosenberg shipyard—has a hemispherical or prismatic shape that minimizes thermal loss and provides structural strength.
