Montgueret

Montgolfier refers to the Montgolfier brothers, Joseph-Michel and Jacques-Étienne, who invented the hot air balloon in the 18th century. Their invention used heated air inside a fabric balloon to create lift, allowing the balloon to rise and float. This breakthrough marked the first successful human flight and laid the foundation for modern aeronautics. The Montgolfier balloons were initially made of paper and silk, relying on the principle that warm air is less dense than cold air. Their pioneering work greatly advanced the understanding of flight and inspired future developments in aviation.
