Monte Prama is an archaeological site on the Italian island of Sardinia, known for its ancient Nuragic civilization remnants. It features impressive stone sculptures, including detailed warriors, archers, and mythological figures, dating back to around 1300-900 BCE. These statues, carved from limestone, were part of burial sites and ceremonial complexes, offering insights into the culture, art, and social structure of early Sardinian societies. Discovered in the 1970s, Monte Prama is considered one of the most significant finds of Bronze Age art in the Mediterranean, highlighting the craftsmanship and religious practices of the Nuragic people.
