Modes
In statistics, the mode is the value or category that occurs most frequently in a data set. It identifies the most common item, number, or characteristic. For example, if you survey favorite colors and most people choose blue, then blue is the mode. A data set can have one mode (unimodal), more than one (bimodal or multimodal), or none if all values are unique. The mode helps understand the most typical or popular element within the data and is useful for summarizing and analyzing real-world information.
