MND Association

The MND Association (Motor Neurone Disease Association) is a charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by MND, also known as ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease. MND is a progressive neurological condition that damages nerve cells responsible for controlling muscle movement, leading to weakness, difficulty speaking, and paralysis. The Association funds research to find a cure, provides information and support to patients and their families, and campaigns to improve care and awareness. Its goal is to enhance quality of life for those living with the disease and to ultimately find a cure.
