MLD therapy
MLD therapy, or Manual Lymphatic Drainage, is a gentle massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system—the body's natural drainage network that removes waste and excess fluid. By applying light, rhythmic movements, a trained therapist helps enhance lymph flow, reducing swelling, improving circulation, and supporting immune function. It is commonly used to manage lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, and certain chronic conditions. The goal of MLD therapy is to encourage the efficient removal of toxins and fluid buildup, promoting healing and overall fluid balance without discomfort.
