Miwok tribe

The Miwok tribe is a group of indigenous people native to California’s central and northern coastal regions, including areas around the San Francisco Bay and the Sierra Nevada. Traditionally, they were hunter-gatherers, relying on hunting animals, fishing, and gathering plants for sustenance.
