MIT Women's Advocacy

MIT Women’s Advocacy is an initiative dedicated to promoting gender equity and supporting women within the MIT community. It works to address challenges faced by women, foster inclusive environments, and empower female students, faculty, and staff through resources, mentorship, and policy development. The goal is to create a diverse and equitable academic and professional atmosphere where all individuals can thrive and contribute their full potential. By raising awareness and advocating for systemic change, MIT Women’s Advocacy strives to eliminate barriers and ensure equitable opportunities across all levels of the institution.
